We do not save your Shopify store data on our server. We save only refund line items to our server. The reason is to provide better refund based reporting. The Shopify API architecture has limitations for refunds reporting.

Certain information, such as your e-mail addresses, is collected in order to, among other things, verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Email addresses, and any information entered in the contact us form or any other form displayed on any section of the software are also collected.



When you choose to connect your google drive account to Data Export, we only use the Google API service to authenticate and copy the reports to your google drive. The reports that are exported from Data Export are stored in google sheet format to your Google drive. We do not share this information with others at any cost.

We do not store the Google username or password of the Data Export user. We only use Google Authentication to enable the export of the data.



We use data collection devices such as “cookies” when you download the Software. “Cookies” are small files sited on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. We also offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Cookies can also help us provide information, which is targeted to your interests. Cookies may be used whether you register with us or not. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of Dayspring Technologies and services that depend on cookies, and some advertising preferences that are dependent on cookies may not be able to be respected.
